Homemade Ranch Dressing

Nothing beats homemade ranch dressing. It is so creamy and flavorful you will never want to buy bottled dressings again. The herbs and spices work together to create an amazing blend of flavors that will leave you wanting to eat more vegetables.

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 Clove Garlic finely minced or grated
  • 1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tb. White vinegar
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Salt.
  • 1 Tb. Dill weed dried
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • tsp Cayenne papper
  • ¼ - ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Tb. Chives optional


  • Whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt, dill paprika and cayenne.
  • Incorporate ¼ to ½ cup of milk, depending on how thick you want your dressing to be.
  • Finally, chop the chives and mix into the dressing.
  • Place in a sealed container. Refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.


Serve over your favorite salad or with fresh cut veggie sticks.
*If you want to use real buttermilk then just reduce the white vinegar to 1 tsp
