Easy Dill Salmon

This recipe is quick and easy enough that you could add it to your regular week day meals. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and about 15 minutes to cook so it will save you a lot of time in the kitchen.

  • 4 Salmon portions defrosted
  • ¼ t. Garlic Powder
  • ¼ t. Dill Weed fresh or dried
  • ¼ t. Salt
  • 4 t. Olive oil

Dill Tarter Sauce

  • ¼ C. Dill Relish
  • ½ C. Mayonnaise
  • t. Dill Weed
  • t. Garlic Powder
  • ½ t. Yellow Mustard


  • Preheat oven to 375º. Cover baking pan with tinfoil. Place salmon portions on pan.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, dill and salt.
  • Drizzle about a teaspoon of olive oil over each salmon cut.
  • Then bake for about 15 minutes until fish is light pink and cooked completely through. If you like your salmon less done, cook 10-12 minutes.
  • For the tarter sauce mix dill relish with mayonnaise until smooth. Add dill, garlic powder and mustard. Mix well and serve.
