This Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie is light and frothy with a touch of bitter sweet fruity goodness. The superfoods, blueberries and pomegranate, come together quickly with other healthy ingredients to make a quick and super delicious snack.

Ingredients

  • ¾ C. Blueberries
  • ¾ C. Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ C. Coconut Milk
  • ¾ C. Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 Tb. Honey
  • ¾ C. Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Combine blueberries, pomegranate juice, coconut milk, yoghurt and honey to blender. Blend together for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the ice and blend for an additional 1 - 2 minutes on high, or until everything is smooth. Serve and enjoy!
