Cranberry Orange Relish


Cranberry Orange Relish is a sweet and tart, mouth watering side that is perfect with your Thanksgiving or holiday meal. In combining the rich fruity flavor of cranberries with sweet juicy orange and just a hint of ginger you cannot go wrong.

  • 12 oz. Fresh cranberries
  • 1 Orange
  • ½ Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. Fresh grated ginger


  • Wash cranberries and sort through, removing any shriveled berries.
  • Leaving the skin on, cut orange into 8 pieces.
  • Add the cranberries, orange pieces, sugar and fresh grated ginger to a high powered blender.
  • Blend for about 30 seconds then stop and scrape down sides. Blend for about another 30 to 60 seconds until oranges are well chopped and cranberries are crushed into tiny chunks.
  • Transfer to a bowl. You can enjoy right away or cover and refrigerate for later.


To easily grate your ginger don't worry about peeling it first. Just grate the peel too!
