These healthy snack bars are delicious and so healthy. Not only are they soft and bursting with flavor but they are also loaded with healthy oats and bananas. I love them because they are easy to make and guilt free.

⅓c.Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375˚. Peel and mash the bananas.
Mix in the vanilla and olive oil.
Add the oatmeal, chocolate chips, cranberries and orange zest and mix until everything is incorporated.
Scoop onto a lined baking sheet. Use your hands shape into rectangle bars about ⅓ to ½ an inch thick.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until edges begin to turn golden.
Cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
