Ingredients

  • 12 oz ginger ale
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 2 Tb. Grenadine syrup
  • 1 ½ cups crushed ice
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions

  • Place 1 Tbs. grenadine syrup in each glass.
  • Slice the strawberries and carefully position on top of the syrup, dividing between the two glasses.
  • Place ice cubes in your blender and blend on high for 30 - 60 seconds to crush your ice.
  • Add ¾ crushed ice to each serving.
  • Pour half the ginger ale into each glass, slowly and carefully pouring over the back of a tablespoon. This will help keep the syrup at the bottom and keep the layers separate.
  • Then add the blueberries to the top of the glass. You can use frozen or fresh.
  • Finally, garnish with the grated ginger.
