Ham on a roll
Tried and true, and the best way to eat those leftovers. Add a slice of ham to a roll and eat. Very delicious, simple and easy.
Add a little chopped ham to your scrambled eggs. You can add a few chopped onions and red or green peppers if you are feeling fancy as well.
Make a chef salad. Layer romaine lettuce with other chopped veggies like carrots, onion tomatoes, celery and cucumber. Top with a sliced boiled egg, cheese and chopped ham. Very healthy, too.
Navy bean soup
Cook the ham bone with water and navy beans for 60 to 90 minutes. Add chopped ham and enjoy. The tradition in family is to serve this yummy soup with a dab of ketchup.

Cook up leftover ham juices, chopped ham and all of your favorite veggies for an easy meal. Try with chopped onion, garlic, carrots, celery and cauliflower. Season with a bay leaf and some oregano or thyme and salt and pepper.
Toss a flour tortilla in a skillet over medium heat and add mozzarella cheese and chopped ham. Fold in half and grill on both sides until golden brown.
