I’m not a foodie but I do like to eat well. Preparing wholesome and nutritious meals at home helps my family and I stay healthy. But, as a busy parent with a full time job, I don’t have a lot of time to cook. I hope to inspire you with a variety of quick, balanced recipes that are easy to make in your own kitchen.
Initially, I learned to cook from my mother. Over the years I have added to my knowledge from friends, other family members, numerous cook books and the internet. I live outside of Portland, Oregon with my husband, twin teen age boys and dog. When I’m not working I enjoy art, travel and spending time outdoors.
